To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% in advance. The rest of the amount should be payed 4 weeks before arrival. Tourist tax is included into the price. Prices per week for villa: out of season (from October till April) – 10 000 EUR all meals included, 8 000 EUR breakfast included. Season (from May till September) – 23 000 EUR all meals included, 20 000 EUR breakfast included. Villa has 4 double bedrooms for guests and separated bedrooms for staff. All rooms have bathrooms with jacuzzi and shower. Main living room is on the first floor. Saloon is on the first floor under glass roof. Kitchen is on the staff block. Garage for two cars. Swimming pool has 100 m2 with heating. The beach is only 10 m far, nearest town-6km. Villa is situated on area of 20 000 m2. Welcome!
