To confirm your reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of the total price in advance. If you plan on staying less than 3 days the price increases by 30%. Final cleaning of the apartment as you leave costs 20 EUR. Using the washing machine costs 2,- EUR. Our apartments are located in 2 adjecent houses right by the sea in a peaceful part of Korcula, in port Us (Porto pedoce). The houses stand by the coast, surrounded by lush, green gardens and beautiful cascades between both houses. Each apartment has its plateau that offer you perfect comfort in the sun or shade. Comfortable seated in canvas or deck chairs, swings and reclining seats, you will feel the unique pleasure of a true vacation. You can go swimming in the sea on our premises and wash off the saltwater under our outdoor freshwater shower. We offer our guests a boat berth and car parking space. Cold bottled water, juice and a beer waits for you in your fridge on your day of arrival. Each apartment has a shower cabin with a hair dryer. We are connected to the internet with DSL through a wireless-LAN network. Welcome!
